2026 Outdoor: Missouri Valley Conference Men’s Steeplechase Champion...set a personal best 3000S time of 8:54.11 and placed first overall at the Musco Twilight...set a personal best 1500 time of 3:52.18 and placed runner-up at the Jim Duncan Invitational...set a personal best 5000 time of 14:27.17 at the WashU Distance Carnival...finished fourth in the 3000S at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic...finished fourth in the 4x1600 at the Drake Relays.
2026 Indoor: Set a personal best mile time of 4:11.47 and placed runner-up at the Iowa Open...set personal best times in both the 3000 (8:22) and the 800 (1:55.01), placing fifth and 32nd, respectively...placed sixth in the 3000 at the Bill Bergan Classic...placed sixth overall in both the mile and DMR at the Missouri Valley Conference Championship.

2024 Outdoor: Ran exclusively 3000m steeplechase during 2024 outdoor campaign…finished second at Jim Duncan Invitational with time of 9:27.21 and fourth at Wartburg Outdoor Select with time of 9:29.86…best mark of the year came at the 114th Drake Relays with pace of 9:17.72.
2024 Indoor: Competed in three meets with best 3000m time of 8:26.46 closing indoor season at Iowa State Classic.
