Biography

Letterman who provides experience and depth in the Bulldogs secondary...played in all 11 games in 2011 recording nine solo tackles and an inteception.

2012 — Posted three solo tackles in win versus Butler.

  • Collected six tackles in loss at Indiana State.

2011 — Played in all 11 games contributing 14 tackles (9 solo).

  • Recorded first collegiate interception and three tackles in win versus Dayton.
  • Collected three tackles in win versus Valparaiso.
  • Pulled in two tackles in win at Butler.

2010 — Played in 10 games and made two starts, at Valparaiso (9/25) and vs. Marist (10/2), and posted 10 tackles (8 solo) with two pass breakups.

  • Made four tackles (3 solo) in first career start at Valparaiso (9/25).
  • Posted two solo tackles in second start vs. Marist (10/2).

2009 — Appeared in three games…had a tackle vs. Missouri S&T.

2008 — Redshirted.

Prep — Led Oak Forest (Ill.) High School to South Suburban Conference football titles in 2006 and 2007...earned all-league and all-area honors as senior, while leading team with 29 receptions for 630 yards, including eight touchdowns...earned first-team academic all-state and academic all-conference honors.

Personal — Health sciences major...named to 2009, '10 and '11 Pioneer Football League Fall Academic Honor Roll....named one of 18 top Drake seniors for 2011-12...recipient of Drake Presidential Scholarship...son of William and Margaret Buckley...born in May, 1990.
