Biography

Junior (2016-2017): Played in all 31 games with 14 starts … was fourth on the team in scoring with 7.8 points per game on 41.1 percent shooting … led the team in three-point percentage by shooting 40 percent (44-of-110) from the arc and was 12th in the MVC… added 3.4 rebounds per game … scored a 9.9 points per game clip against conference opponents while making 45.2 percent (33-of-73) of his three-point attempts to rank seventh in the MVC in three-point percentage in conference games … his 33 three-pointers in MVC action were the second most on the team and tied for 10th in the MVC for three-pointers per game in conference action … scored in double-figures 11 times during the season … made three or more three-pointers four times and had three or more steals in a game three times … scored in double figures 10 times in a 13-game span from Dec. 22-Feb. 4 … scored a career-high 19 points while shooting 4-of-6 from the three-point arc against SIU on Jan. 18 and 17 of those points came in the second half and overtime including a pair of free throws with five seconds left to force overtime and a three-pointer in overtime to tie the game … had a then career-high 17 points including a pair of three-pointers in the final three minutes to seal the win over Evansville on Jan. 8 … scored 15 points with three three-pointers in the home win against Loyola … nearly recorded a double-double with 14 points, nine rebounds and four assists against Mississippi Valley State … had a career-high four steals in the loss to UC Davis.

Sophomore (2015-16): Played in all 31 games with 14 starts, including the last eight games of the year ... averaged 5.8 points and 4.5 rebounds per game ... averaged 7.0 points per game in MVC action ... averaged 8.8 points and 6.5 rebounds per game in the final 13 games of the season ... had seven or more rebounds in nine of the last 11 games of the season ... scored a career-high 16 points with eight rebounds at Missouri State (Feb. 24) on 7-of-12 shooting and a 2-of-3 night from the three-point arc ... had a career-high 15 rebounds against Loyola (Feb. 27) along with nine points  and three assists ... scored a then career-high 15 points on 6-of-9 shooting and 3-of-4 from the arc with eight rebounds at Indiana State (Feb. 26) ... scored 12 points in back-to-back games against Missouri State (Jan. 20) and at Loyola (Jan. 23).

Freshman (2014-15): Appeared in 29 games with two starts … averaged 3.7 points per game … was the team’s most accurate three-point shooter, converting on 53.8 percent of his attempts … scored five or more points in 12 of the last 23 games of the season ... hit a three-pointer in three-straight games to close the season ... recorded seven points against Iowa State with two rebounds and two assists ... had three assists and three steals with five points at Green Bay ... was 2-of-3 with a three-pointer for seven points against Valparaiso ... had a career-high 11 points with three three-pointers at Western Michigan ... played 29 minutes in his Drake debut with three points and five rebounds.

High School: Named honorable mention all-state 4A by the Associated Press as a senior and second team all-state by the Chicago Sun Times ... was a Illinois Mr. Basketball nominee and finalist ... was a McDonalds All-America game nominee ... was the Daily Herald Player of the Year ... was his high school’s all-time leading scorer with more than 1,600 career points ... averaged 20 points, nine rebounds and five assists per game while leading his team to a No. 9 state ranking and an appearance in the sectional semifinal as a senior, a game in which he scored 24 points ... as a junior, he averaged 19.1 points, 7.6 rebounds and 3.1 assists per game ... helped lead the team to an appearance in the state sectional final .. was an Illinois Mr. Basketball nominee and finalist as a junior and helped the team to a No. 16 ranking in the state.
