2007 Outdoor — Eighth in the 10,000 at the MVC Championships...ran a personal best finishing fourth in the 3000 at the Missouri Relays...2006 Cross Country — Sixth in the Simpson Buxton Open and 34th at the Bradley Classic...Prep - Fourth in 3,200 (school record 9:19.61) at 2004 Wisconsin Division I state meet, while competing for Janesville Craig High...also fifth at 2003 Wisconsin Division I state cross country meet.
