2019 Outdoor: Finished fourth at the Jim Duncan Invitational ... placed seventh at the John McDonnell Invitational with a personal best in the 3000m.

2019 Indoor: Ran at the MVC Indoor Championship 5000m.

2018 Outdoor: Ran a personal best of 15:35.55 in the 5,000 meters at the Jim Duncan Invitational...finished 11th in the 3,000m at the Arkansas Spring Invitational ... finished seventh at Tom Botts.

2015 Cross Country: Finished 160th at the NCAA Regional Championship...placed 59th at the MVC Championship...finished 168th at the Bradley Classic...placed 216th at the Chile Pepper Festival...finished 33rd at the Oz Memorial ... set a personal best in the 4k at the Drake Invitational.

High School: Was a four-time letterwinner in both cross country and track and field ... led his team to the state cross country championship as a senior as the team captain ... as a junior, he led the cross country team to a state runner-up finish ... during the track season, he ran on the 4x800-meter relay team that finished third at the state championship ... competed on the same high school team as current Bulldog Bailee Cofer. 

Personal: Is the son of Charles and Lisa Friedman ... both parents are Drake alums and his mother, Lisa, was a member of the women's tennis team ... is majoring in biology.
