2013 Outdoor— Placed 12th in the 10,000 at State Farm MVC Outdoor Championship...ran to tenth in the 5000 at Iowa Musco Invitational and 12th at Duncan Invite...finished third in 5000 at Central College Invitational... 2012 Cross Country — Placed 142nd at NCAA Midwest Regionals...fifth team runner placing 82nd at Bradley Classic in 26:22 (8K)...finished ninth at Grand View Invitational...joined team in fall 2012 as a junior. 

Prep — Four-year letterwinner in cross country and track for Pomona High School...first team all-conference in cross country as a junior and senior...all-region in cross country as a sophomore and senior...salutatorian of his class.
