2014 Cross Country — Placed 251st at the Roy Griak Invitational... finished sixth to lead team at the Viking Invitational... was 35th at the Oz Memorial.
Prep — Member of state champion cross country teams in 2010 and 2013 for Cedar Rapids Prairie... placed seventh earning elite all-state honors at the Iowa Class 4A state cross country meet as a senior... also all-conference, all-metro and team MVP in cross country in 2013... state meet and Drake Relays qualifier in the 3200 as a junior and senior... four year letterwinner in cross country and track.
