2019 Cross Country: Placed seventh at the Dan Huston Invitational … Placed 15th at the MVC Championship … Placed 93rd at the NCAA Midwest Regional … MVC All Conference honorable mention and All Academic.

2019 Outdoor: Placed 11th at the 5000m at the Kansas Relays.

2019 Indoor: Did not compete.

2018 Cross Country: Placed 22nd at the MVC Championships ... Finished 5th at the Roy Griak Invitational ... on the 2018 Oz Memorial Meet ... MVC Athlete of the Week (Sept 11, 2018).

2018 Outdoor: Finished fourth in the 5,000 meters and sixth in the 10,000 meters at the MVC Championships...won the 3,000 meters at the Nebraska Invitational with a personal record of 8:40.02.

2018 Indoor: Did not compete.

2017 Cross Country: MVC Freshman of the Year...MVC First-Team All-Conference...placed 44th at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a 10k time of 30:06.0...finished fifth at the MVC Championships with a time of 25:00.9...ran a time of 25:23.5 at the Bradley Pink Classic...finished 49th at the Griak Invitational with an 8k time of 26:35.5....placed 18th at the Oz Memorial...ran a 6k time of 19:22.6 at the Hawkeye Invitational to finish 48th. 

Prior to Drake: Competed for ÖTB Salzburg Leichtathletik and recorded personal bests of 15:13.51 in the 5,000 meters and 8:41.03 in the 3,000 meters.

Personal: Is the son of Guenter and Christa Fridrich ... intends to major in computer science at Drake.
