2016 Outdoor  — Named MVC All-Conference and MVC Scholar-Athlete Team...honored as USTFCCCA All-Academic...MVC Runner of the Week for the week of Apr. 5 and MVC Scholar-Athlete of the Week for May 3...won the steeplechase and finished seventh in the 1500m at the MVC Outdoor Championships...Won the steeplechase at the Drake Relays with a time of 8:49.14...won the 1500m and finished sixth in the 800m at the Jim Duncan Invitational...had a win in his section in the steeplechase at the Stanford Invitational with a time of 8:47.35...was a member of the winning 4x800 at the Grandview Invitational.

2016 Indoor — Placed fourth in the one mile and 11th in the 3000 at the MVC Indoor Championships...took 11th in the 3000 at the Husker Invite...placed tenth in the one mil at the Big Four Invite.

2014 Cross Country — Finished in 92nd at the NCAA Midwest Regional...finished in 14th as the second Drake runner at the MVC Outdoor Championships...placed tenth at the ISU Pre-National Invitational...finished 20th at the Chile Pepper Invitational...placed 90th in a field of 301 at the Roy Griak Invitational... finished seventh as the second Drake runner at the Oz Memorial 6K helping team to the meet title...was 16th at the Bulldog Classic.

2014 Outdoor — Placed 21st in the 3000 steeple at the NCAA DI Outdoor Championship ... claimed sixth in the steeple in a personal best 8:46.44 at the NCAA West Preliminary Round to qualify for the NCAA championship ... conference champion in the 3000 steeple in a personal best 8:50.79 and was fifth in the 1500 at the MVC Outdoor Championship ... placed third in the steeple and fifth in the 1500 in a personal best 3:47.09 at the Drake Relays ... took second in the steeple at the Mt. Sac Relays ... fifth in the 1500 at the Arkansas Spring Invitational ...

2014 Indoor — Claimed second in the 3000 in a personal best 8:17.40 and was ninth in the mile at the MVC Indoor Championship ... seventh in the 3000 at the Iowa State Classic ... took first in the mile at the Jack Jennett Invite in a personal best 4:15.94 ... fifth in the 3000 at the Iowa Big Four Duals ...
