2016 Outdoor- Finished 10th at the Nebraska Invitational in the 400m...had a career best 54.51 in the 400m at the Jim Duncan Invitational...took 13th and 14th in the 200m and the 400m, respectively, at the Ottawa Invitational...finished eighth at the Grand View Invitational in the 400m.

2015 Outdoor- Set two personal bests, one in the 200m with a time of 23.35 at the Tom Botts Invitational placing ninth and one at the Jim Duncan Invitational placing 19th with a time of 50.38. Came in second at Tom Botts Invitational with a time of 50.80 in the 400m as well as placed second at the SIUe Gateway Invite in the 400m with a time of 51.21. Was a memebr of the 4x4 team that placed third Tom Botts Invitational with a time of 3:25.43. 

2015 Indoor-Was a member of the Distance Medley Relay which placed seventh at the MVC Indoor Championships with a time of 10:35.41. Ran on the 4x400 rmeter relay that captured sixth at the South Dakota State Open, running 3:26.22. Finished 12 overall in the 600 year darh at the Big Four Duals with 1:19.12

2014 Outdoor — Finished fourth in the 400 at the Messersmith Invitational... took fifith in the 800 at the Arkansas Spring Invitational... 2014 Indoor — Placed 13th in the 800 at the Jack Jennett Invitational with a season best time of 1:59.60… ran a personal best time of 1:25.65 in the 600 at the Jack Johnson Invitational… finished fourth in the 1000m at the ISU Holiday Preview.

2013 Outdoor — Finished 17th in the 800 at the State Farm MVC Outdoor Championship... ran a personal best of 1:56.09 in the 800 at the Nebraska Invitational... second in the 800 at the Grand View Classic and third at the Ashford Spring Classic... 2013 Indoor — Ran on the sixth place distance medley relay at the State Farm MVC Indoor Championship...15th in the 800 at the Iowa Invitational... finished seventh in the mile at the Cyclone Holiday Preview... 2012 Cross Country — Did not compete.
