Biography

Junior Year (2024): Played in eight games with six starts before suffering injury…scored five goals and distributed one assist for team-high 11 points…five goals led Drake team despite missing over half the schedule…made 17 shots with 12 on goal…three of Segura’s goals came in game-winning style.

Sophomore Year (2023): Started 11 games in 14 total appearances...Scored two goals, both against Tulsa on the road (9/9)...Dished out a team-high four assists...Recorded eight total points...Made 10 shots, five on goal.

Freshman Year (2022): Named to Missouri Valley Conference All-Freshman Team...started in 13 games and appeared in 15 altogether…had two assists on the season…logged eight shots on goal.

High School: Played four seasons at North Gwinnett High School...earned Forward of the Year...played club for NASA and Atlanta United...was tabbed ECNL Player of the Year, ECNL All-American, was ECNL First Team All-Conference, and a two-time ECNL Conference Champ...recorded 31 goals and 16 assists in 37 games of club action. 

Personal: Born May 2004...son of Manuel and Ruby Segura...has two older siblings, Joel and Jacquelyn, and one younger, Andrea ... intends to major in graphic design.
