2009 - Named to National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) All-Midwest Region third team...recognized on the All-Missouri Valley Conference first team after being named to the second team the past two years...also repeated on the All-MVC Scholar-Athlete first team for third year...started all 25 games this season leading the team in game-winners (3), while ranking second in goals (7) and fourth in both points (16) and shots (32)...established a new school record for career games played (82).  2008 - Appeared in all 19 games, including 18 starts en route to registering three goals and two assists...recorded third-most shots (35) and shots on goal (14) for the Bulldogs...selected as a third team NSCAA/adidas all-Midwest region and second team All-MVC honoree...18th and 20th in the MVC, respectively, in goals per game and points...netted game-winning goal in 2-0 victory over SIU-Edwardsville...also added tallies at Oral Roberts and UMKC...assisted on goals in wins over Missouri State and Eastern Illinois...named a first team All-MVC Scholar-Athlete and first team ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District VII selection. 2007 - Earned second team All-MVC honors…named to All-MVC Scholar-Athlete first team...started in all 19 games played...scored six goals, which was second most on the team...ranked fourth on the team in scoring with 12 points. 2006 - Started all 19 games played...named to the MVC All-Freshman team...scored goal at Oral Roberts...had three assists. High School - Named to the 2005 NSCAA High School All-Midwest Region team...led St. Thomas Aquinas High School to consecutive Kansas Class 6A state titles in 2003, 2004 and 2005.  Other - Played club soccer for the Kansas City Legends, leading team to the 2005 Kansas State Cup Championship...member of the Region II 1988 ODP regional team.  Personal - Born May 5, 1988 in Kansas City, Mo....majoring in corporate finance...son of Tom and Mary Gorczyca...named to Dean’s List.
