Senior (2018-19): Defeated Minnesota's No. 38 Josip Krstanovic, 5-7, 6-2, 6-3 ... has been ranked as high as No. 57 in singles and No. 27 in doubles with teammate Barny Thorold.

Junior (2017-18):  Finished ranked 17th in the Central Region ... named All-Summit League ... selected Summit League Player of the Year twice ... recorded 17 singles wins and 17 doubles victories ... was selected to play in the Oracle Masters Tournament.

Sophomore (2016-17):  Finished ranked 90th in singles in the country and 10th in the Central Region ... named MVC Player of the Year ... earned All-MVC honors ... received MVC Athlete of the Week five times ... posted a 18-4 dual-match record at No. 1 singles ... recorded a 18-10 doubles record ... was selected to play in the Oracle Masters Tournament ... participated in the the qualifying draw at the ITA All-American Championships ... advanced to the quarterfinals in doubles with Calum MacGeoch at the ITA Central Region Championships.

Freshman (2015-16):  Earned All-MVC honors ... named MVC Player of the Week after going 4-0 at the ITA Kick-off event in Chapel Hill, N.C. ... was second on the team with 21 singles wins and led the team with 16 doubles victories ... made is collegiate debut at the ITA All-American Championships and suffered a tough three-set loss in the opening round to Tennessee Tech’s Alberto Esteban, but rebounded with a 3-6, 6-1, 6-4 consolation draw victory over New Mexico’s Sean Baklini … advanced to the singles quarterfinals and doubles quarterfinals with Ben Lott at the ITA Central Regional Championships. 

High School:  Ranked the No. 1 U18 player in the United Kingdom ... won the U18 singles and the doubles national championship in 2015 ... won the Cambuskenneth Open championship.

Personal: Son of Monica Gillespie ... intends to major in physics.
