2018 Cross Country: Placed 53rd in the open race at the Bradley Pink Classic ... finished 137th at the Roy Griak Invitational ... finished 58th to score in the Hawkeye Invitational.

2018 Outdoor: Finished 10th in the 800 meters at the Nebraska Invitational.

2018 Indoor: Finished 18th in the 800 meters at the MVC Championships...ran on the winning Distance Medley team at the SDSU Indoor Classic...came in 25th in the 800 meters at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational...took 16th in the mile at The Graduate Classic...placed third with the 4x400 relay and 10th in the mile at the Cyclone Duels.

2017 Cross Country: Ran in the NCAA Midwest Regional...finished 62nd at the Oz memorial...opened the season with a 6k time of 21:32.9 at the Hawkeye Invitational.

2017 Outdoor: Finished 12th in the 800m and second in the 4x400 relay at the Central Invitational

2017 Indoor: Finished 20th in the 600m at the Husker Invitational...took 17th in the 800m at the Messersmith Invitational...was on the 6th place 4x400 relay at the Missouri Invitaitonal...placed 19th in the 1,000m at the Holiday Inn Invite. 

2016 Outdoor: Placed 10th in the 800m at the Musco Twilight meet with a season best time of 2:00.61...finished sixth in the 800m at the Ottawa Invitational...was a member of the sixth place 4x400 relay team at the Ottawa Invitational...came in seventh place in the 1500m at the Grand View Invitational.

2016 Indoor: Placed 16th in the 800 meter run at the Mark Messersmith Invite...finished 10th in the 4x400 relay and 11th in the 60 with a time of 1:18.49...took 24th in the 800 at the Holiday Inn Invitational.

2016 Cross Country: Finished 89th with a 6k time of 20:49.3 at the Hawkeye Invitational... placed 10th at the 6k Viking Invitational with a time of 20:58.0... tied for 125th at the 8k Chile Pepper Festival with a time of 28:49.0.
