2018 Outdoor: Finished 19th in the 400 meters and 20th in javelin at the MVC Outdoor Championships...ran the second leg of the winning 4x400 meter relay at the Jim Duncan Invitational.
2018 Indoor: Finished 18th in the 400 meters at the MVC Championships...took seventh in the 200 meters at the Cyclone Duels.
2017 Outdoor: Finished 26th in the 200m at the Arkansas Spring Invtational with a personal best 22.95 and took 11th in the 400m with a personal best 50.21.
2017 Indoor: Placed 23rd in the 400m at the Nebraska Tune Up meet...was on the 6th place 4x400 relay team at the Messersmith Invitational...placed 15th in the 400m at the Missouri Invitational...took 5th place with the 4x400 team at the Holiday Inn Invite...won the 4x400 meter relay at the Central College Dutch Holiday preview meet and finished 7th in the 300m.
2016 Outdoor: Finished 12th in the 200m at the Jim Duncan Invitational with a time of 23.03.
2016 Indoor: Took 11th in the 300 meter and placed second with the 4x400 at the SDSU Holiday Invitational.
