2017 Indoor - Took third place in the triple jump and 15th in long jump at the MVC Indoor Championships...placed third in the triple jump and 8th in the long ump at the Iowa State Classic...placed seventh in the triple jump at the Husker Invitational and eighth in the long jump at the Holiday Inn Invite...won the triple jump and placed fourth in long jump at the Central College Dutch Holiday preview

2016 Outdoor — Finished eighth in the triple jump and 12th in the long jump at the MVC Outdoor Championships...took 17th in the triple jump at the Drake Relays...placed third in the triple jump and seventh in the triple jump at the Musco Twilight meet...won the triple jump at the Jim Duncan Invitational with a career best 14.98m...placed second at the Ottawa Invitational in triple jump...took seventh and 15th at the Arkansas Spring Invitational in the triple jump and long jump, respectively.

2016 Indoor- Took seventh in the triple jump at the MVC Indoor Championships...placed fifth at the Iowa State Classic in triple jump...finished 13th in the triple jump at the Husker Invite...placed third at the Mark Messersmith Invite...took 12th in long jump at the Big Four Invite...finished ninth in long jump and sixth in triple jump at the Holiday Inn Invitational. 

2015 Outdoor- Jumped a personal best in long jump of 7.14m at the MVC Outdoor Championships, placed ninth... at the SIUe Gateway Invite set another personal best of 15.09m in triple jump, finished first. Placed first at the 2015 Jim Duncan Invitational with a jump of 14.12m in triple jump... also came in first at teh SLU Kickoff in long jump with a mark of 7.09m. Finished seconda t the Arkansas Spring Invitational with a mark of 7.11m in long jump. 

2015 Indoor- Finished 14th in the long jump at the MVC Indoor Championships with a mark of 22-5.75... Finished third at the Big Four Duals, jumping 21-7.5. Jumped 48-1.25 in the triple jump at the Holiday Inn Invitational, capturing first place...Finished eighth at the MVC Indoor Championships with a mark of 47-5.25.

2014 Outdoor — Claimed fifth place in the triple jump and 11th in the long jump at the MVC Outdoor Championship... had a personal best of 23-02.5 in the long jump to place 18th at the Drake Relays... took third in the long jump and jumped a wind aided personal best of 48-07.5 in the triple jump to place first at the Duncan Invitational... placed sixth in the long and triple jumps at the Arkansas Spring Invitational...

2014 Indoor — Finished fifth in the triple jump (47-01) and ninth in the long jump (23-0.75), both personal best marks, at the MVC Indoor Championship … took second in the triple and third in the long jump at the Iowa Invitational… placed second in the triple and third in the long jump at the Iowa Big Four Duals.

Prep — Became Woodbury High's first ever individual state titlist by winning the long jump at the Minnesota Class AA state meet as a senior... also ran on the fifth place 4x100 relay at the 2013 state meet.

Personal — Named to the 2013-14 MVC Academic Honor Roll.
