2017 Outdoor: Placed seventh in the 400mH at the Bobcat Invitaitonal...took fourth place in the 400mH at the Arkansas Spring Invitational

2017 Indoor: Placed 5th with the 4x400 relay team at the MVC Indoor Championships...finished 21st in the 400m at the Nebraska Tune Up meet...placed 10th in the 400m and took 3rd place with the 4x400 team at the Messersmith Invitational

Prep: Was part of Canada's fastest youth 4x400 team...fifth fastest 400m hurdle time in Canada...third place at the Royal Canadian Legion Provincial Championship
