2016 Outdoor — Placed 12th at the MVC Outdoor Championships...finished fourth at the Nebraska Invitational...placed sixth in high jump at the Arkansas Spring Invitational... tied for seventh in high jump at the Texas Relays... took second in high jump at the Ottawa Invitational... 

2016 Indoor- Finished ninth in the high jump at the MVC Indoor Championships...took 13th in the high jump at the Iowa State Classic...placed 16th at the Husker Invite...took second at the Big Four Invite with a mark of 6-6.75...won the high jump at the SDSU Holiday Invitational with a jump of 6-8...took eighth at the Holiday Inn Invitational.

2015 Outdoor- Placed first in high jump at the Jim Duncan Invitational with a jump of 6-7...finished third at the Arkansas Spring Invitational with a jump of 6-4.75 and placed fifth at the MVC Championships with a jump of 6-6. 

2015 Indoor- Set a new personal best of 6-10.75, finishing third at the Big Four Duals. Finished sixth overall at the MVC Indoor Championships with a jump of 6-6.75....seventh at the Holiday Inn Invitational with a height of 6-6.75. 

2014 Outdoor — Matched his personal best of 6-09.75 in the high jump to finish fourth at the MVC Outdoor Championship... placed fifth at the Musco Invitational... placed 19th at the Drake Relays... claimed second in the high jump at the Duncan Invitational... 2014 Indoor — Jumped 6-9 in the high jump at the MVC Indoor Championship to place seventh… claimed second in the high jump at the Iowa Invitational and fourth at the Jack Johnson Classic... finished second at the Big Four Duals jumping 6-09.75.

2013 Outdoor — Placed first at the State Farm MVC Outdoor Championship with a personal best 6-09.75 in the high jump… finished ninth at the Musco Invitational in the high jump... fifth at the Duncan Invitational with a 6-02.75 leap ... 2013 Indoor — Finished second at the State Farm MVC Indoor Championship with a then personal best 6-08 mark… came in second at the Iowa Invitational and sixth at the Iowa State Classic.

Prep — Two-year track and field letterwinner at Rampart High School... won the high jump at the Colorado 5A state meet both years he competed... named to the all-state and academic all-state teams in track and field in 2011 and 2012... lettered three years in basketball being named to the Colorado Springs Metro League All-Conference team... named academic all-state in basketball his junior and senior seasons... lettered in football his senior year and named to both the all-state and academic all-state teams at wide receiver.

Personal — Education major... named to the MVC Academic Honor Roll for 2012-13 and 2013-14... son of Robin and Terolyn Cook... Robin played basketball at Wheaton College... brother of Matthew, Andrew, Josh and Jenni... Jenni played volleyball at Warner University... born in May, 1994 in Colorado.
