Prior to Drake: Ran for the varsity team at Pleasant Valley all four years of high school ... posted a personal best of 15.08 in the 110m hurdles and 8.88 in the 60m hurdles ... he also participated in hockey and cross country, receiving four more varsity letters for each sport.

Personal: Son of Anthony and Lori Sturtzer ... he intends to receive a business/law degree.
