2016 Outdoor- Had a season-best mark of 13.62m in the triple jump at the Musco Twilight meet finishing eighth...took fourth place at the Jim Duncan Invitational...finished in second place at the Grand View Invitational.

2016 Indoor- Finished 14th in the triple jump at the MVC Indoor Championships...placed seventh at the Iowa State Classic...took 13th in the triple jump at the Mark Messersmith Invite...placed sixth in the triple jump at the Big Four Invite...placed 11th at the Holiday Inn Invitational
ook 11th in the triple jump at the Holiday Inn Invitational...finished seventh at the SDSU Holiday Invitational. Placed sixth in the triple jump at the Big Four Invite. Placed 13th in the triple jump at the Mark Messersmith Invite. 

2015 Outdoor- Set a personal best at Tom Botts Invitational in triple jump with a mark of 14.67m and palced fifth at this invitational... Placed third at the Jim Duncan Invitational in triple jump with a mark of 14.04m

2015 Indoor- Opened the season at South Dakota State University with a new PR in the triple jump, 43-7.35, claiming eighth place. Jumped 19-7.25 in the long jump at the Holiday Inn Invitational, finshing 25th overall. 

2014 Outdoor — Claimed third in the triple jump and sixth in the 200m at the Messersmith Invitational... came in fourth in the triple jump at the Duncan Invitational...

2014 Indoor — Increased his triple jump mark to 43-3.25 over the course of the season… placed fourth in the triple jump at the Iowa Invitational and third at the Jack Jennett Invite... finished fifth in the triple jump and recorded a 17-9 mark in the long jump for tenth at the Iowa Big Four Duals... sixth in the triple jump at the ISU Holiday Preview.

2013 Outdoor — Placed ninth in the triple jump at the State Farm MVC Outdoor Championship...  third in the triple jump at the Nebraska Invitational... finished fourth in the triple jump at the Duncan Invitational and was second at the Ashford Spring Classic in a personal best 45-3.75... second in the triple jump and fourth in the high jump at the Central Invitational...

2013 Indoor — Claimed 13th in the triple jump at the State Farm MVC Indoor Championship... took fourth in the triple jump at the Iowa Invitational... placed fifth at 6-02 in the high jump at the Iowa State Open.

Personal — Honored with the MVC Commissioner's Academic Excellence Award in 2012-13 and 2013-14...
