2018 Indoor - Finished 17th in the 200 meters at the Mark Messersmith Invitational...took sixth in the 400 meters at the Cyclone Duels

2017 Outdoor - Won the sprint medley relay and placed fourth in the 400mH at the Central Invitational...placed 11th in the 400mH at the Arkansas Spring Invitational

2017 Indoor - Finished 11th in the long jump at the Nebrasa Tune Up meet and the Messersmith Invitational...was on the third place 4x400 relay team at the Messersmith Inviational...placed eighth in the long jump at the Missouri Invitational...won the 4x400 relay at the Central College Dutch Holiday preview

2016 Outdoor — Placed seventh in the 4x400 at the MVC Outdoor Championships...took seventh in the 400mH at the Nebraska Invitational...finished 11th in the 400mH at the Musco Twilight meet...took sixth in both the 400mH and the 4x400 at the Ottawa Invitational...won the 400mH with a time of 57.77 at the Grand View Invitational.

2016 Indoor- Finishd ninth in the 400 meter with a time of 52.86 at the Jack Jennett Invite...took eighth in the pole vault and 11th in long jump at the Big Four Invite...took third place in the heptathlon at the SDSU Holiday Invitational...had a 60 meter hurdles time of 9.10 at the Holiday Inn Invitational. 

Prep — Claimed the 300m hurdles title at the Wisconsin Division II state track meet as a junior for Little Chute High... led off the fourth place 4x400 relay at the state meet his senior year... placed fourth in the 300mH at the state meet as a sophomore... was the Division II sectional champion in the 300mH in 2012 and 2013.

Personal — Business major... son of Tim and Joan Zak... has an older brother, Jarred.
