2025 Outdoor: Took top hammer throw honors in first two outdoor competitions with 59.53m/195-4 at Central College Dutch Invitational and 60.15m/197-4 at Wartburg Outdoor Select…later won same event at Cyclone Twilight with throw of 63.29m/207-8 and earned MVC Championship with season best heave of 64.13m/210-5…qualified for NCAA West Region First Round meet where he threw the hammer 61.97m/203-4…best discus throw of the year happened at Jim Duncan Invitational with fifth place mark of 49.92m/163-9.

2025 Indoor: Threw 20.03m/65-8.75 for third place in weight throw at Iowa State Holiday Invitational before a sixth place 20.62m/67-8 at Iowa State classic.

2024 Outdoor: Won both discus (45.56m/149-6) and hammer throw (62.55m/205-2) at Wartburg Good Friday Challenge.

2024 Indoor: Finished no worse than fifth in seven meets with three victories in the weight throw…first victory came at ISU Holiday Invitational with throw of 20.46m/67-1.5 before winning Cyclone Open with season-best toss of 21.61m/70-10.75…later added win at Iowa Open and runner-up finishes at Black and Gold Invite, Iowa State Classic, and MVC Indoor Championships.

2023 Outdoor: Qualified for NCAA West Regional Meet in Discus…PR in Discus at Jim Duncan Invite (184’ 4”)...PR in Hammer Throw at John Jacobs Invitational (198’ 4”)

2022 Outdoor: Set a shot put PR of 16.39m (53’9.25”) to win the Grand View Viking Relays… Threw a discus PR of 51.07m (167’ 7”) at Musco Twilight… Finished fourth at the MVC Outdoor Track & Field Championships with a hammer throw PR of 60.10m (197’ 2”).
 
2022 Indoor: Set a season-high in the shot put (15.98m, 52’ 5.25”) at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational… Had his weight throw PR of 19.62m (64’ 4.5”) at the Iowa State Classic.
 
Prior to Drake: Prepped at Canford School… Finished fourth in discus at the English School’s National U20 Finals… Placed third in the Sainsbury School Games International as a sophomore… Academic Scholar.

Personal: Son of Simon Phillips and Clare Ives… Vocal Performance major.
