2024 Indoor: 2024 MVC Field Performer of the Year...Second Team All-American...10th place finisher at NCAA Division I Outdoor Track & Field Championships (229' 9")...2024 MVC Outdoor Track & Field Weight Throw Champion (224' 10")...won weight throw at Wartburg Outdoor Select, and ISU Alumni Invitational...took silver at Kansas Relays and fifth at Beach Invitational...finished seventh in NCAA West Prelims to advance to NCAA Outdoor Championships.
2023-24 Indoor: 2023 MVC Indoor Track & Field Weight Throw Champion (69' 3 1/4")...finished first in weight throw at Black and Gold Invite (69' 1 1/2")...took second in weight throw at ISU Holiday Invitational and Cyclone Open...won weight throw bronze at Iowa State Classic and Iowa Open.
2023 Outdoor: Qualified for National Championships in Hammer Throw…7 first place finishes including a PR at Jim Duncan Invite (231’ 5”) and Gold at MVC Outdoor Championships (217’ 6”).
2022 Outdoor: NCAA All-American Honorable Mention… MVC Outdoor Track & Field Freshman of the Year… All-MVC… Won the hammer throw at the MVC Outdoor Track & Field Championships (217’7”)… Qualified for the NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships with a hammer throw PR of 67.09m (220’ 1”).
2022 Indoor: Set his weight throw PR of 19.24m (63’1.5”) at the Iowa State Classic.
