2025 Outdoor: Started season sixth in Central College Dutch Invitational 400 in 50.64…went on to run 50.96 at Wartburg Outdoor Select, 49.88 at Jim Duncan Invitational, a season-best 49.74 at Cyclone Twilight, and 50.36 at MVC Championships…season-best 100m dash of 11.16 came in Waverly while season-best 200m dash of 22.56 came on the Blue Oval at the Jim Duncan Invitational…member of section-winning 4x400 team at Drake Relays with 3:13.24 time…took eighth in MVC Championship 4x100 relay with time of 43.16.

2025 Indoor: Ran 60m dashes in early indoor season with 7.39 at Cyclone Open and 7.43 at Iowa State Classic…finished indoor season with best finish, sixth place at MVC Championships in 4x400.

2024 Outdoor: Posted best finish of the year with bronze in 100m dash at ISU Alumni Invitational (11.64)...member of seventh place 4x100 relay team at 2024 MVC Outdoor Championships (42.85) and 18th place 4x200 relay team at 114th Drake Relays (1:33.40).

2023 Outdoor: Had five top 25 finishes in individual events highlighted by a 12th place result in the 200m dash at Dutch Invitational...member ot ninth place sprint medley relay team (3:42.38) at 113th Drake Relays, seventh place 4x100 relay team (47.61) at 2023 MVC Outdoor Track & Field Championships, and fifth place 4x400 relay team (3:27.05) at Wartburg Outdoor Select.

2022-23 Indoor: Nearly all action came in 400m dash with top result at Grinnell Invitational in third place (53.02)...posted top 15 finish Cyclone Open (52.29).

2022 Outdoor: Had successful night at Musco Twilight XXI with third place finish in 400m dash (51.91) and fifth place finish in 4x400 relay (3:21.32)...member of sixth place 4x400 relay team (3:15.41)...had another top five finish at MVC Championships with 42.88 in 4x100 relay.

2021-22 Indoor: Logged season bests in 200m dash (23.74) at Iowa State Classic and 400m dash (51.97) at Cyclone Open...member of Iowa State Classic eight place finishing 4x400 relay team (3:25.65).
