2021 Cross Country: Finished 48
th at the Gans Creek Classic with a 6K time of 22:28.1… Took 31

2021 Outdoor: Ran the 1500m in 4:57.44 at the Jim Duncan Invitational… Set a 5000m PR (18:20.56) at the Wichita State KT Woodman Classic (18:20.56).
2020-21 Cross Country: Turned in a time of 17:55.7 at the MVC Cross Country Championships.
2021 Indoor: Set a 3000m PR (10:04.56) at the Iowa State Classic… Finished seventh in the 3000m (10:10.77) at the MVC Indoor Track & Field Championships.
