2025 Outdoor: Won Jim Duncan Invitational 3000m steeplechase in 8:58.07…had two other runner-up finishes in the steeplechase with an 8:54.01 at Cyclone Twilight and 8:56.82 at MVC Championships…added eighth-place 5k with time of 14:32.63 at MVC Championships.
2025 Indoor: Only competed in one indoor meet with a third-place result at Iowa Open…had a 3000 time of 8:39.62.
2024 Cross Country: Clocked a ninth-place time of 18:39.90 at Cyclone Preview.
2024 Outdoor: Won Wartburg Outdoor Select 3000m steeplechase in 9:12.42 and ISU Alumni Invitational steeplechase in 8:50.14, the latter good enough for a season best…posted a 3:53.84 1500 at Bryan Clay Invitational…finished eighth in steeple at 114th Drake Relays in 8:59.43…finished second in steeplechase and third in 5k at MVC Championships.
2024 Indoor: Had indoor season bests in the mile at the Cyclone Open (4:03.82), 3k at the Iowa State Classic (8:09.38), and 5k at the Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invitational (14:00.41)…took third at Iowa State Classic and was runner-up at MVC Indoor Championships in 5k with a pace of 14:17.87.
2023 Cross Country: Took top 10 honors twice including a seventh-place finish at Greeno/Dirksen Invite and ninth at MVC Championships…season best time of 24:05.1 good enough for 18th at Sean Earl Loyola Lakefront Invitational.
2023 Indoor: Finished ninth in Cyclone Open 3000 with time of 8:21.43 and 13th in ISU Classic 3000 in 8:20.88.
2022 Cross Country: Registered his 8K PR of 24:13.0 at the Gans Creek Classic… Took fourth at the MVC Cross Country Championship with a time of 24:47.5… Notched a 10K personal best of 30:09.9 at the NCAA Midwest Regional.
2022 Outdoor: MVC Outdoor Track Freshman of the Year… Competed in the prestigious Bryan Clay Invitational with a time of 14:08.20 in the 5000m… Set his 3000m steeple chase PR (8:50.34) at the Drake Relays… Won the 3000m steeplechase at the MVC Championship with a time of 8:51.20… Competed in the NCAA West Preliminary.
2022 Indoor: Ran a 4:09.84 mile at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational… Logged a 3000m personal record of 8:09.98 at the Iowa State Classic.
2021 Cross Country: Competed at the John Kurtt Invitational with a 6K time of 18:47.0… Ran a season-best 8K of 24:28.1 at the Bradley Pink Classic… Finished third at the MVC Cross Country Championship with a time of 24:28.5.
