2022 Outdoor: Ran a PR of 4:53.53 in the Jim Duncan Invitational.
 
2022 Indoor: Recorded a PR in the mile (5:23.93) at the Cyclone Open.
 
2021 Cross Country: Ran a 15:25.8 4K at the Hawkeye Invitational… Turned in a 6K PR of 23:38.4 at the Redbird Invitational… Competed in the NCAA Midwest Regional with a time of 24:33.8.
 
2021 Outdoor: Competed in the 1500m three times including a season-best 5:01.01 at the MVC Outdoor Track & Field Championships.
 
2021 Indoor: Completed the 800m in 2:33.68 at the USD Invite… Finished third in the mile (5:41.96) at the Cyclone Open.
 
2020-21 Cross Country: Finished in 45^th place (20:29.3) at the MVC Cross Country Championships ran during the spring.

Personal: Her sister is a member of the Drake rowing team. 

Prior to Drake: Transferred to Drake from Pitzer College in Claremont, Calif. ... was captain of the track & field team and an all-conference selection as a senior ... finished in the top-10 at the state championship in the 4x800m and had an 800m best of 2:34.6 and a 1,600m best of 5:55.41 ... she also qualified for sectionals in cross country ... was all-conference as a junior and sophomore as well.

Personal: Intends to major in environmental sustainability & resilience at Drake ... is the daughter of James Evan-Cook and Victoria Drake ... her sister, Lily Evan-Cook, is a member of the rowing team at Drake.
