2026 Outdoor: Started the outdoor season off with a personal best time of 30:58.33 in the 10,000 at the WashU Distance Carnival and later on set another personal record by recording a 1500 time of 4:09.29 at the Cyclone Twilight...placed 12^th overall in the 10,000 at the MVC Outdoor Championships.

2026 Indoor: Recorded a personal-best time of 8:24.78 in the 3000 to place fifth overall at the Cyclone Open...recorded a personal-best mile time of 4:17.86 at the Iowa Open...placed third overall in the 5000 at the Iowa State Classic...finished 21^st overall in the 5000 at the Missouri Valley Conference Championship.

2025 Outdoor: Earned two top seven finishes in the 5k including a 15:41.71 third place run at Wartburg Outdoor Select and 14:54.88 seventh place time at Jim Duncan Invitational…later ran 15:04.75 to finish 15th at Drake Relays.

2025 Indoor: Ran in two indoor meets during first year as a Bulldog…posted 14:28.76 5k to finish fourth at Iowa State Classic and ran 8:54.59 3000 at Tyson Invitational.
