2023 Outdoor: 3rd at Jim Duncan Invite in 5k (15:13.14)...PR in 1500 at Dutch Invitational (4:08.75).

2022 Outdoor: Turned in his best 5000m time (15:12.79) at the Grand View Viking Relays.
 
2022 Indoor: Ran his season-best 3000m time of 8:46.25 at the Iowa State Holiday Invitational… Logged a season-best 5000m race with a time of 15:22.36 at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational.
 
Prior to Drake: Transferred to Drake from Wisconsin-La Crosse… Helped UW-La Crosse finish third at the NCAA Division III Cross Country National Championships… Prepped at McFarland High School… Captain of the track & field team… Finished fourth at the state meet in the 3200m… 3200m PR of 9:34 and 1600m PR of 4:27 in high school.
 
Personal: Son of Brian and Ann Pahnke… His father ran cross country and track at Miami (Ohio)… His brother Andrew ran cross country and track at Emory University… Pursuing his master’s degree in Public Administration… Fan of the Green Bay Packers, Milwaukee Bucks and Milwaukee Brewers.
