2024 Outdoor: Posted seven top 10 finishes including a fifth place result in the 400m dash (50.98) at the Wartburg Good Friday Challenge...had a personal best in the 400 at the ISU Alumni Invitational (50.02), good enough for seventh place...member of sixth place 4x400 relay team and eighth place sprint medley relay team at 114th Drake Relays...won silver at Jim Duncan Invitational as part of 4x400 relay team at Jim Duncan Invitational.

2023-24 Indoor: Best showing came at the Iowa State Classic in the 600 with a time of 1:16.02 for fourth place...also took sixth as part of 4x400 in Ames...added ninth place finish in 600 at Black and Gold Invite.

2023 Outdoor: Had four top 10 finishes including just missing the podium with a fourth place run in the 400 (50.48) at the Iowa State Alumni Meet...earned fifth on the 4x400 relay at the Wartburg Outdoor Select.

2022-23 Indoor: Ran the 400m dash at three meets with 12th place finishes in two.

2022 Outdoor: Ran to victory in the 400 (51.10) at the Musco Twilight XXI...member of silver medal winning 4x400 team at Jim Duncan Invitational and two other top five finishes in the group race.

2021-22 Indoor: Ran only 200m dash of his career, taking 31st at the Iowa State Classic...earned seventh in the 600 at the Cyclone Open and eighth in the 4x400 relay team.
