2022 Cross Country: Finished eighth at the Greeno/Dirksen Invite with an 8K time of 24:30.5… Also placed eighth at the MVC Cross Country Championship (24:49.2)… Turned in his 10K PR of 30:44.2 at the NCAA Midwest Regional.
2022 Outdoor: Had his best 5000m performance (14:43.80) at the Drake Relays… Finished sixth in the 10000m run with a time of 30:44.99.
2022 Indoor: Ran a 3000m PR of 8:37.00 at the Iowa State Classic.
