2025 Outdoor: Won Wartburg Outdoor Select 5000 with 15:25.06…took ninth in Jim Duncan Invitational 5000 with 15:03.27 and 17th in Drake Relays 5000 in 15:12.75.

2024 Outdoor: Posted 4:07.22 1500 at Wartburg Outdoor Select and 14:54.08 to take fifth place at Jim Duncan Invitational.

2024 Indoor: Fastest 3000 time of 8:38.75 came at Iowa State Classic.

2023 Cross Country: Began career with 16:04.0 5k at Oz Memorial and 25:21.5 8k at Greeno/Dirksen Invite.
