2025 Outdoor: Opened season with 4:06.76 1500 at Wartburg Outdoor Select…added 800 times of 1:55.02 at Jim Duncan Invitational and 1:54.85 at MVC Championships…member of eight-place sprint medley relay team at 115th Drake Relays.
2025 Indoor: Competed in 800, 1000, and mile races during first indoor season…posted best 1k of 2:30.08 at Bill Bergan Open, good enough for eighth place…fastest mile time came at Cyclone Open with pace of 4:17.80…added 1:54.26 800 at Tyson Invitational.
2024 Cross Country: ran 27:24.6 at Greeno/Dirksen Invitational and 26:25.1 Bradley Pink Classic.
