2025 Outdoor: Had another solid start to the outdoor campaign with season-bests in the 100m dash (10.64) and 200m dash (21.34) at the Central College Dutch Invitational…member of section-winning 4x400 team at 115th Drake Relays with time of 3:13.24…posted two top seven finishes at MVC Outdoor Championships in 400 and 4x400.

2025 Indoor: Began 2025 indoor season with 1:16.49 600-yard run, good enough for third place, at Bill Bergan Open…ran exclusively 200s and 400s for remainder of indoor season with top times coming in the Washburn Open 200 (22.29) and MVC Indoor Championships 400 (49.62)…member of 3:19.70, fourth-place 4x400 team at the Iowa State Classic.

2024 Outdoor: Had a successful sophomore campaign with three top 10 finishes at the MVC Outdoor Championships including sixth in the 400m dash (48.70), seventh in 4x100 relay (42.85), and sixth in 4x400 relay (3:18.92)...also a member of sixth place and second place 4x400 team at 114th Drake Relays (3:19.20) and Jim Duncan Invitational (3:18.21)...best individual finishes came in the 200m dash at the Jim Duncan Invitational in the 200 (21.52, fourth place), and 400m dash at the Wartburg Outdoor Select (48.81, third place).

2023-24 Indoor: Earned a third place finish in the early indoor season as a member of the 4x400 relay team (3:24.16) at the Cyclone Open...took seventh in the 4x400 and 400 at MVC Indoor Championships.

2023 Outdoor: Opened the outdoor season with a second and fifth place finish in the. 400 and 4x400, respectively, at the Wartburg Outdoor Select...added two more top three finshes in the 200 and 400 at the 2023 Dutch Invitational...posted another couple top 10 results at the Jim Duncan Invite...part of fourth place 4x400 team at 113th Drake Relays...took fourth in the 400m dash at the MVC Outdoor Championships with a time of 48.38, just slower than his mark of 48.21 in prelims...won the 400 at the Iowa State Alumni Meet with a time of 48.69.

2022-23 Indoor: Ran on the fifth place 4x400 team at the MVC Indoor Championships...member of 4x400 champion squad earlier in the season at the Cyclone Open (3:20.94).
