2026 Outdoor: Recorded personal best 5k time of 15:06.88 to place fifth at the Jim Duncan Invitational...recorded personal best 800 time of 2:02.31 to place fifth at the Big Red Classic while also placing fifth in the 1500...recorded personal best 10k time of 31:02.69 at the Drake Relays...recorded personal best 1500 time of 4:01.15 at the Cyclone Twilight...placed 15^th in the 10k at the MVC Outdoor Championships.
2026 Indoor: Recorded personal best mile time of 4:25.61 at the Bill Bergan Classic...recorded personal best 3000 time of 8:36.72 at the Dr. Rick McGuire Invitational...finished fifth in the 3000 at the Iowa Open and ninth at the Cyclone Open.

2025 Cross Country: Competed in four meets and logged two top fifty finishes...personal bests of 19:32.9 in the 6k and 26:56.3 in the 8k.
