2023 Outdoor: PR in 200 at Jim Duncan Invite (26.78).
2022 Outdoor: Ran a season-best 400m dash of 59.10 at the Jimmy Grant Invite... Participated in the 4x200m relay (1:41.64) at the Drake Relays.
2022 Indoor: Set personal bests at the MVC Indoor Championships in the 200m (24.67) and 400m (55.25 for first place).
2021 Outdoor: Was part of a Blue Oval Invitational winning 4 x 400m relay (3:59.51)… Set a PR (58.02) in the 400m at the Illinois State Invitational.
2021 Indoor: Ran a season-best 400m time of 100.05 at the Iowa State Classic… Logged a 60m PR (8.04) at the Cyclone Open... Was part of a fifth place 4x400m relay finish (3:55.70) at the MVC Indoor Championships.
