2026 Outdoor: Set a personal best time of 9:21.84 in the 3000S to place 11th overall at the Drake Relays...set a personal best time of 3:52.23 in the 1500 at the Cyclone Twilight...placed sixth overall in the 1500 at the Jim Duncan Invitational...placed fourth overall in the 4x1600 at the Drake Relays...placed ninth overall in the 3000S at the MVC Outdoor Championships.
2026 Indoor: Set a personal best time of 8:21.03 in the 3000, placing fifth at the Bill Bergan Classic...set a personal best mile time of 4:07.95, placing eighth at the Dr. Rick McGuire Invitational...set a personal best 800 time of 1:55.59 at the Iowa State Classic...finished fourth overall in the mile and 22nd in the 3000 at the Missouri Valley Conference Championship.
2025 Cross Country: Set a personal best 6k time of 19:52.5 at the Iowa State Cyclone Preview.
