2025 Outdoor: Best sprint times of the outdoor season clocked 12.73 in the 100 and 26.42 in the 200 at Central College Dutch Invitational…also a member of a 49.83 4x100 relay team that took seventh at the Jim Duncan Invitational and sprint medley relay squad that logged a 4:24.10 time at the Drake Relays.

2025 Indoor: Broke the eight-second mark with a 7.99 60m dash during the Iowa Open prelims before running an 8.08 in the finals to take sixth…added 27.12 200m dash at the Iowa Open.

2024 Outdoor: Continued sprinting career with season bests of 13.44 in the Wartburg Good Friday Challenge 100m dash, 27.25 in the ISU Alumni Invitational 200m dash, and 4:24.17 in the Drake Relays sprint medley relay.

2024 Indoor: Best sprints of 8.26 in the 60m dash and 27.48 in the 200m dash took sixth and 28th at the Iowa Open and Black and Gold Invite, respectively.

2023 Outdoor: PR in 100 at Drake’s Jim Duncan Invite + 3rd place finish (12.36).

2022 Outdoor: Set a personal best in the 100m (12.36) at the Jim Duncan Invitational... Participated in the 4x200 at the Drake Relays (1:41.64).
 
2022 Indoor: Ran her season-best 200m time (26.10) at the Cyclone Open... Set a 60m PR (7.86) at the MVC Indoor Championships.
 
Prior to Drake: Prepped at The Sixth Form College Colchester... 2017 English Schools Championships Silver Medalist... 2017 England National Indoor Athletics Championships Gold Medalist and Bronze Medalist... Multiple Essex County champion and championship record holder.
 
Personal: Daughter of Craig and Joanne Duncan... Her younger sister Cara also runs track... International Business and Management & Organizational Leadership major.
