2025 Outdoor: Competed exclusively in the 1500 with times of 5:12.58 at the Jim Duncan Invitational, 5:16.09 at the Cyclone Twilight, and 5:26.83 at the Wartburg Outdoor Select meet.

2025 Indoor: Had season best times of 11:48.55 in the 3000 at the Washburn Open and 5:44.18 at the Iowa State Classic.

2024 Cross Country: Posted 5k times of 20:46.5 at the Cyclone Preview and 20:42.0 at the Greeno/Dirksen Invitational…added a 24:52.6 Sean Earl Loyola Lakefront Invite.

2023 Indoor: Placed 6th at the Grinnell Invitational in the 800m with a 2:34.64…Set a PR in the 800m at the Husker Invitational with a 2:30.32.

2023 Cross Country: Competed in four races…season-best 6k time of 23:11.9 at the Sean Earl Loyola Lakefront Invitational.

2023 Outdoor: PR at Iowa State Alumni Meet in 1500 (5:09.18).

2022 Cross Country: Recorded her 5K PR of 20:27.5 at the Greeno Dirksen Invite… Competed at the Gans Creek Classic with a final 6K time of 24:32.4.  
 
2022 Outdoor: Set her 800m PR of 2:35.09 at the Grand View Viking Relays.
 
2022 Indoor: Has a mile PR of 5:48.18 at the Cyclone Open.
 
2021 Cross Country: Set her 6K PR (23:04.1) for a 46^th place finish at the MVC Cross Country Championships.
 
Prior to Drake: Prepped at Rosary High School… Four-year varsity letter winner in cross country and track… Team captain for her high school cross country and track team… Four-time IHSA state cross country qualifier… All-Conference selection…. Illinois State Scholar.
