2025 Indoor: Won Bill Bergan Open 1000m with time of 3:17.50…logged 5:37.82 mile time at Iowa State Classic…also added 2:30.64 800 at Iowa Open…was a member of 4:40.73 4x400 relay team that finished third at Bill Bergan Open.
2024 Cross Country: Best 5k time of 21:14.4 came at Greeno/Dirksen Invitational…fastest 6k run of 24:36.6 came at Bradley Pink Classic.
2024 Outdoor: Best 800 of the outdoor campaign came at the Kansas Relays in 2:23.36…also member of 4:24.17 sprint medley relay team.
2024 Indoor: Ran four 800s during indoor season with a pair of eighth place finishes via a 2:26.65 at the Black and Gold Invite and 2:28.32 at the Iowa Open.
2023 Indoor: Placed 3rd at the ISU Holiday Invitational in the 800m with a 2:35.9…Placed 3rd in the 800m at the Grinnell Invitational with a 2:32.42.
2023 Cross Country: Competed at the Bradley Pink Classic with a 5k time of 25:28.10.
2023 Outdoor: PR in 400 at Dutch Invitational (1:06.78).
2022 Outdoor: Finished fifth at the Musco Twilight 800m run with a time of 2:32.37.
