2023 Outdoor: PR in 1500 at Dutch Invitational (4:14:44).
2022 Cross Country: Registered an 8K PR of 27:23.4 at the Bradley Pink Classic on Oct. 14.
2022 Outdoor: Competed in the 1500m three times including a personal best of 4:16.83 at the Jim Duncan Invitational.
2022 Indoor: Ran the 3000m in 9:39.30 at the Iowa State Holiday Invitational… Turned in a mile time of 4:41.63 at the Nebraska Graduate Classic… Had a 1000m time of 2:37.65 at the Cyclone Open.
2021 Cross Country: Competed at the John Kurtt Invitational with a 6K time of 21:15.9.
Prior to Drake: Prepped at Neuqua Valley High School in Naperville, Ill… All-Academic and All-Conference his senior, junior and sophomore years… Helped Neuqua Valley to an IHSA Class 4A team track & field state championship… Conference XC champion and finished third in the IHSA state XC meet as a sophomore
Personal: Son of Vladmir and Sina Fong… Business Law major… His mother played soccer at the University of Chicago.
