2016 Outdoor — Placed eighth at the Nebraska Invitational in the 800m...finished 12th in the 800m at the Musco Twilight meet...finished 20th in the Jim Duncan Invitational...took eighth place at the Ottawa Invitational...placed fifth at the Grand View Invitational.

2015 Indoor- Finished 9th in the 400 meter dash at the Jack Jennett Invitational with a time of 1:04.78. Ran 1:34.37 in the 600 yard dash at the Big Four Duals. Was a member of the 4x400 meter relay that finished 9th at the South Dakota State Open. 

2014 Outdoor — Ran to seventh in the 800 at the Mark Messersmith Invite... 2014 Indoor — Placed sixth in the 600 at the Iowa Invitational... eighth in the 600 at the Jack Jennett Invite... came in 10th in the 400m at the Iowa Big Four Duals... 2013 Cross Country — Finished 20th in the open division at the Bradley Classic... placed 10th at the Viking Invitational... 65th at the Oz Memorial and 32nd at the Bulldog Classic.

2013 Outdoor — Did not compete due to injury... 2013 Indoor — Placed 13th in the 800 at the Iowa Invitational... 15th in the 1000 at the Jack Jennett Invite... 2012 Cross Country — Placed 165th at the NCAA Midwest Regional... finished 45th at the MVC Conference Championship as third team runner... placed 103rd in 22:59 (6K) at Bradley Classic... finished 103rd as fourth team runner at the Roy Griak Invitational... claimed the individual crown and led Drake to team title at Grand View Invitational... placed 50th at the Oz Memorial... 23rd at the Bulldog Classic.

Prep — Four-year letterwinner in track and three-year letterwinner in cross country for Rock Island... led Rock Island to three Western Big 6 conference track titles and four sectional championships... member of the 2009 Illinois Class 3A track and field state champion team... named all-conference in cross country and track as a junior and senior...earned Illinois all-state award in 2012... two-time IHSA Scholastic Achievement Award winner.
