2014 Cross Country — Finished 260th at the Roy Griak Invitational... claimed third at the Viking Invitational... placed 38th at the Oz Memorial and 31st at the Bulldog Classic.

2014 Outdoor — Finished third in the 1500 and fifth in the 800 at the Mark Messersmith Invite ... ran a personal best in the 1500 in 4:57.41 at the Gateway Invite ... 2014 Indoor — Placed 18th in the mile at the Iowa Invitational ... ninth in the 800 at the Iowa Big Four Duels ... sixth in the 1000m at the ISU Holiday Preview ... 2013 Cross Country — Placed 29th in the open division at the Bradley Classic ... 67th at the Oz Memorial and 27th at the Bulldog Classic.

Prep — A four-year letter winner in track and cross country  named captain of the cross country team her senior year for Cascade … also MVP of the cross country team her junior and senior years … placed fourth at the state cross country championship her senior year … placed fifth in the distance medley relay and sixth in the 1500 at the 2A state championship track meet her senior season. 

Personal — Law, politics and society major ... honored with the MVC Commissioner's Academic Excellence Award for 2013-14 ...daughter of Phil and Karen Kauder … has one younger brother, Preston … was her high school's valedictorian and a National Merit Scholarship finalist.
