Kelsey Brouwer is in her first season as a volunteer assistant coach for the Drake University women’s soccer team.
 
Brouwer comes to Drake after playing professionally with a team from Limassol, Cyprus. She started and competed in the round of 32 of the Champions League with the Apollon Ladies F.C.
 
Brouwer was a four-year starting goalkeeper for Middle Tennessee State University where she was named Conference USA Defensive Player of the Year and First Team All-Conference USA in her final season. She was also named Conference USA All-Academic First Team, C-USA Academic Medal Winner, NSCAA All-South Region Second Team, COSIDA Academic All-District III Second Team. Brouwer finished her career first in school history for wins by a goalkeeper (33), shutouts (27), total decisions (68), and minutes played (6,368).
 
After graduation, she competed as a non-roster player for FC Kansas City.
