Freshman (Fall 2014): Garnered first team All-MVC No. 1 doubles honors with Mariel Ante … led the Bulldogs with 31 singles wins to go with her 21 doubles victories for a combined record of 52-24 … closed out her rookie season by going 8-1 in her last 10 matches … only lost twice in the final two months of the season, posting an 11-2 record during March and April in singles ... posted a team-best 13-4 mark in singles during the fall campaign, including earning titles in the ‘C’ and No. 7 singles flights at the Drake Fall Invitational and MVC Individuals, respectively ... won her first nine collegiate singles matches ... recorded three singles wins over opponents from Nebraska, Arkansas and Wichita State at the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Central Regional.
High School: A top 100 national recruit by TennisRecruiting.net in 2010, 2011 and 2012, Jensen attended but didn’t compete for Iowa City West High School ... was ranked as high as 33rd in singles by the United States Tennis Association (USTA) in the Missouri Valley Girls 18’s Section, while rating as the top-ranked player in Iowa in the 2014 recruiting class by TennisRecruiting.net.
