Prep — Helped lead Waukee High to first ever team state track and field championship in 2009...ran on 4A state champion 4x100 relay setting an Iowa all-time best of 48.15...won 2009 IATC state pentathlon individual and team titles...also placed third in 100 hurdles, fifth in 400 hurdles and eighth in long jump at 2009 state meet...placed first in 4x100 and second in 100 hurdles, 400 hurdles and long jump for Waukee at 2008 Class 4A state meet...set Waukee school records in 100 hurdles, 400 hurdles, long jump and 4x100 relay...at 2007 Louisiana Class 3A state meet placed third in 300 hurdles and fifth in 100 hurdles for Karr-Edna High...ran on state champion 4x100 and distance medley relays for Des Moines Roosevelt in 2006 as freshman...played on Waukee Class 4A state semi-finalist basketball team in 2008.
