2018 Outdoor - Took eighth in the 5,000m and 12th in the 10,000m at the MVC Championships...finished 11th in the 5,000m at the 2018 Drake Relays presented by Hy-Vee...won the 5,000m at the Jim Duncan Invitational with a time of 17:58.65...opened her season with a sixth place finish in the 3,000m at the Arkansas Spring Invitational

2018 Indoor - Placed third in the 3,000 meters at the MVC Championships with a time of 9:52.74...also took fifth in the 5,000 meters at the MVC Championships...finished sixth in the 5,000 meters at the SDSU Indoor Classic...finished fourth at the Husker Invitational with a personal-best 9:50.33 in the 3,000 meters...placed fourth at the Mark Messersmith Invite in the mile...won the 3,000 meters at the Graduate Classic with a time of 10:01.83...finished fifth in the mile at the Iowa State Duels.

2017 Cross Country - All-MVC Honorable Mention...MVC All-Academic...finished in the top-100 at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a time of 21:44.3...Drake's top finisher at the MVC Championships placing 15th with a time of 17:59.4...finished 87th at the Bradley Pink Classic...ran a 6k time of 24:09.2 at the Griak Invitational...finished 3rd at the Oz Memorial with a time of 22:48.1...placed 10th at the Hawkeye Invitational.

2017 Indoor - Took second in the 3,000m at the Holiday Inn Invite.

2016 Cross Country- Finished 11th at the Hawkeye Invitational with a 3k time of 10:32.9... placed 18th with a time of 23:34.6 at the 6k Oz Memorial... won the Viking Invitational with a 5k time of 20:11.4... finished 25th at the 5k Chile Pepper Festival with a time of 17:40.57... placed 93rd in the 6k at the Adidas Pre-National Invitational with a time of 22:59.4... finished 28th at the MVC Championship in the 5k with a time of 18:36.8

2016 Outdoor — Finished 18th at the Drake Relays with a personal best 17:07.75 in the 5000m...won the 3000m at the Musco Twilight meet with a personal best 10:05.99...took third at the Jim Duncan Invitatioanal in the 5000m...won the 1500m at the Ottawa Invitational with a personal best 4:48.43...finished sixth at the Arkansas Spring Invitational in the 3000m.

2016 Indoor- Took 17th in the 3000 at the MVC Indoor Championships with a personal best 10:08.13 and was second in the distance medley relay...placed sixth at the Husker Invitational in the 3000...took sixth in the mile and 12th in the 800 at the Mark Messersmith Invite...finished 10th in the 3000 and 11th in the mile at the Big 4 Classic...placed seventh in the 3000 at the Holiday Inn Invitational and was a member of the second place distance medley team ... as a member of the Distance Medley that took second at the Holiday Inn Invitational and took seventh in the 3000 meter run with a personal best time of 10:27.9... Ran a 5:06.4 mile at the Big Four Invite ... placed sixth in the mile run and 12th in the 800 meter dash at the Mark Messersmith Invite. Took sixth in the 3000 meter run with a time of 10:18.96 at the Husker Invite. 

2015 Cross Country- Came in 173rd at the Roy Griak Invitational with a time of 24:29.1... finished 32nd with a time of 23:51.0 at the Oz Memorial... placed 4th at the Bulldog Classic with a time of 15:41...

2015 Indoor- Ran a season's best of 10:38.51 in the 3,000 meters at the Indoor MVC Championships... finished ninth at the Jack Jennett Invitational with a time of 10:53.05.

2014 Cross Country — Finished 59th at the MVC Championship...placed 151st at the ISU Pre-National Invitational...ran a seasons best of 18:44.5 to finish 141st at the Chile Pepper Invitational...placed 313th at the Roy Griak Invitational...finished eighth at the Viking Invitational... placed 37th at the Oz Memorial and 29th at the Bulldog Classic. 

Prep — State champion in the 1600 and 3200 to lead St. Thomas Aquinas High to the 2014 Kansas 5A track and field state title... was a member of the Kansas Relays champion 4x800 high school relay as a senior... took first place to lead team to a perfect score and state title at the 2013 Class 5A Cross Country Championship... named Kansas City Metro senior cross country runner of the year... placed fourth to lead team to the state 5A cross country championship in 2012... finished third in the 1600 and fourth in the 3200 as a junior at the state meet... claimed second in the 1600 and third in the 3200 as a sophomore at state... four time all-state in cross country... holds school records in the 1600 and 4x800... named academic all-state in 2013 and 2014.
