2011 Indoor — Placed third in 400 at State Farm MVC Indoor Championship...second in 200 at Jayhawk Invitational...won 200 title at South Dakota...second in 300M dash at Iowa State Holiday Preview...2010 Outdoor — Placed third in 400 in a personal best 55.23 and ran on fifth place 4x400 relay at the MVC Championship...won the 100 at Iowa Invitational...ran 400 leg on school record setting distance medley relay at Drake Relays...won the 400, third in 200 and ran on winning 4x100 relay at Jim Duncan Invitational...fourth in 200 and 400 at Tom Botts Invitational...2010 Indoor — Finished 10th in 400 at MVC Indoor Championship...placed 10th in unseeded 400 at Iowa State Classic...was fifth in 300 at Iowa State Holiday Classic...2009 Outdoor – Won 400 at Central Invitational and was second in 200...2009 Indoor  — Ran opening leg on 4x400 relay which was sixth in MVC Championship...third in 300 at Cyclone Holiday Preview...fourth in 200 at Panther Open and fourth in 400 at UNI-Dome Open...2008 Outdoor — Ran leg on 4x400 relay which was fifth at MVC Championship.

Prep — Anchored St. Albert High 4x400 relay to a state title at the 2007 Iowa Class 2A state track meet...also placed third in the 400 (57.65) and fourth in the 200 (25.88) at the 2007 state meet...ran in three relays that all placed in top five at the 2005 Iowa Class 1A state track meet...helped win state title in the Sprint Medley relay at the 2004 Iowa Class 1A state meet.

Personal — Health sciences major...recipient of Drake Presidential Scholarship...sister, Sarah, was a Drake women's cross country/track runner, graduating in 2008...daughter of Jeff and Debbie Hamling...born June 20, 1989.
