2016 Indoor - Was a member of the ninth place 4x400 team at the SDSU Holiday Invitational. 

2015 Indoor- Finished fifth in the 400 at the Jack Jennett Invitational with a time of 1:00.89. Ran a seasons best of 2:26.56 in the 800 meters at the Holiday Inn Invitational. Ran a leg of the 4x400 meter relay that placed fifth at the South Dakota State Open... Finished third in the 800 with a time of 2:26.18.

2014 Outdoor — Placed seventh in the 400 in a season best 58.45 and ran on the third place 4x400 relay at the Duncan Invitational... 2014 Indoor — Ran the 400 and on the 4x400 at the MVC Indoor Championship... finished second in the 400 at the Iowa Invitational... claimed fourth in the 600 at both the Husker Invitational and the Jack Jennett Invite... took ninth in the 400 at the Iowa Big Four Duals.

2013 Outdoor/Indoor — Redshirted and did not compete.

Prep —Four-year letterwinner in track and field at Northwest High School in Germantown, Maryland... twice named All-America by USATF (2010, 2011) and once by the Penn Relays (2011) and New Balance National (2011)... 2011 New Balance National Champions in the 4x400 and 4x200 meter relays... won the Maryland state championship in each of her four seasons in the 4x400 and 4x800 meter relays and three-time state champion in the 4x200 meter relay (2010-2012)... reached the individual finals in the 500 and 300 meters (indoor) and 400 meters (outdoor) at the Maryland State Championship while assisting Northwest to the 2011 state title... claimed fourth place in the 800 meters at the 2011 USATF Nationals... two-year team captain for Northwest's track and field squad.

Personal — Heath sciences major... daughter of Alexia and David Knight... sister of Kennedy and Sydney... mother, Alexia, ran track at Iowa State... father, David, played football and ran track at Iowa State... born in September, 1994 in Iowa.
