2018 Outdoor - Earned All-MVC honors after a second place finish in the 100mH at the MVC Championships...was fourth in the 100-meter hurdles at the 2018 Drake Relays...won the 100mH and the 4x400 relay at the Tom Botts Invitational...took second at the Jim Duncan Invitational in the 100mH...placed third at the Arkansas Spring Invitational

2018 Indoor - Took second in the 60-meter hurdles at the MVC Championships and the SDSU Classic...finished third in the 60-meter hurdles at the Husker Invitational...also took second in the 60-meter hurdles at the Mark Messersmith Invite...won the 60-meter hurdles and took fourth in the 200 meters at the Iowa State Duels

2017 Outdoor- Finished in 11th place in the 110mH at the Texas Relays...placed fourth and eighth at the Arkansas Spring Invitational in the 100mH and 200m, respectively. 

2017 Indoor - Placed third in the 60mH at the MVC Indoor Championships...had a second place finish in the 60mH at the Iowa State Classic...won the 200m and the 60mH at the Messersmith Invitational...won the 60mH and took second in the 4x400 relay at the Holiday Inn Invite...won the 60mH, 4x400 and took second in the 60m at the Dutch Holiday Preview. 

2016 Outdoor — Named MVC All-Conference...qualified to the NCAA Regionals in the 100m hurdles...finished third in the 100m hurdles with a career best 13.58 at the MVC Outdoor Championships...also recored top ten finishes in the 400m hurdles, 4x100 and 4x400 relay...took second place in the 100m hurdles at the Nebraska Invitational...placed third in the 4x100 shuttle hurdle relay and 25th in the 400mH at the Drake Relays...finished second in the 100mH at the Kansas Relays with a personal best 13.66...won the 4x100 and took second in the 400mH at the Jim Duncan Invitational...won the 4x100 and placed second and third in the 400mH and 100m at the Ottawa Invitational...took fifth in the 4x400 and sixth in the 100mH at the Arkansas Spring Invitational....won the 100mH and the 4x100 along with finishing second in the 400mH at the Georgia Relays

2016 Indoor- Finished fifth in the 60 meter hurdles and 13th in the 200 at the MVC Indoor Championships...placed ninth in the 60 meter hurdles at the Iowa State Classic...finished second in the 200 and the 60 meter hurdles at tthe Mark Messersmith Invite...placed second in the 60 meter hurdles with a time of 8.65 and finished fourth in the 4x400 relay with a time of 3:49.46...won the 60 meter hurdles and finished fourth in the 200 meter recording a personal best 25.72 at the SDSU Holiday Invitational...took second in the 60 meter hurdles and the 4x400 relay at the Holiday Inn Invitational.

2015 Indoor- Set a new personal best at the MVC Indoor Championships with a time of 8.49 to finish third... Finished second at the Big Four Duals with a time of 8.68.... Ran 8.67 to finish second at the Jack Jennett Invitational. Ran 25.74 in the 200 meter dash at the Iowa State Classic. Was a member of the 4x400 meter relay that finished seventh at the MVC Indoor Championships.

Prep — Broke her own state meet record in the 100m hurdles (14.27) and anchored the winning shuttle hurdle relay to lead Urbandale to the 2014 Iowa Class 4A state track team title... also ran on the second place sprint medley and third place 4x100 relays at state as a senior... claimed the 100mH and shuttle hurdle relay records at the 2014 Drake Relays... set a state meet record in the 100mH and ran on three top five relays at the 2013 Iowa 4A state track meet... was the 2013 Drake Relays champion in the 100mH and second in the sprint medley... took first in the 100mH and the 4x100 relay at state as a sophomore... 2012 Drake Relays runner-up in the 100mH and shuttle hurdle relay... member of the Drake Relays champion shuttle hurdle relay as a freshman.
